Our Captain Patrick Maguire is a U.S.C.G veteran who is highly experienced in operating marine vessels and personally charters each journey. He will also personally sign each certificate with the coordinates of where the remains were administered and register the event with the EPA.

We offer 3 burial packages that will respectfully honor a memorable service for your loved ones that have passed. Whether you would like to have custom flowers, drone footage, or just a spread of cremated remains, we provide specialized services to fit your needs to create that special memory. We also offer pet services for our furry loved ones. All photos and images are original  and created by us.

Send us the cremated remains via certified mail and we'll take care of the rest. Once payment has been processed, we'll send an email confirmation with the shipping instructions. We guarantee submission of ashes into the Atlantic Ocean within 5-7 business days (weather/tide dependent) of when remains have been received. Based on the burial package chosen, we'll create the experience with a certification of authenticity with coordinates registered with the EPA. We accept remains from anywhere in the continental U.S. Your loved one's remains will be respectfully handled and always submitted with their own personal voyage. 

Burial at sea is the old tradition of administering remains in the open waters. The United States Navy carried out this tradition as a memorial service for veterans. It has gained popularity among civilians in the form of scattering ashes across the ocean. Sea burials will not only be a memorable funeral for your loved ones but also friendly to the environment. Biodegradable urns are available and are eco-friendly for green burials at sea. There are burial-at-sea regulations set by the EPA on where and how to administer the cremated remains.
